Ahhh, those morning aromas. Bacon sizzling. Coffee steaming. Pancakes on the griddle. What a delicious way to greet a new day at the Folkestone Inn in the Smokey Mountains.

Our Smokey Mountain bed and breakfast is well known for its scrumptious, two-course breakfasts, enhanced by organically grown herbs and produce from our own garden. And because we know how important coffee is to the start of the day, we only serve Café Cartago, roasted to order organic Costa Rican coffee.

Folkestone Grape Salad topped with toasted pecans and brown sugar, followed by Berry-Dairy Pancakes with warm berry syrup, a side of creamy scrambled eggs, and delectable sausage links.

Strawberry Shortcake with freshly whipped cream and a sprig of mint, followed by incredible Smokey Mountain Blueberry Pancakes, creamy scrambled eggs, and lean country sausage patties.

Apple Breakfast Crumble, followed by a Four-Cheese and Herb Quiche, hickory-smoked country bacon, fresh fruit, and a buttery croissant.

A wedge of sweet fresh Pineapple followed by patties of lean country sausage and golden French Toast, stuffed with bananas and walnuts and a hint of brown sugar. Topped with a dollop of freshly-whipped banana cream. A long-time favorite at our Smokey Mountain bed and breakfast.

Baked Pear Crisp topped with a dollop of French Vanilla Yogurt, followed by a steaming stack of Orange-Thyme Pancakes with orange butter sauce and lean country sausage patties.

Warm Peach Cobbler with freshly whipped cream, followed by Eggs Benedict with creamy Hollandaise, and roasted potatoes.

Sliced Bananas with French Vanilla yogurt and Folkestone Inn Granola, followed by a crispy Sour Cream Waffle topped with fresh strawberries and whipped cream, accompanied by delectable sausage links.

Melt-in-your-mouth Berry Cobbler topped with a dollop of freshly-whipped cream, followed by incredible Stuffed French Apple Croissants and country sausage patties.

All breakfasts are served with your choice of chilled juice and hot beverage.
